We work with businesses that are good at what they do and need the people side to catch up.
Our clients are small to medium businesses across WA, typically 10 to 300+ people. They are run by a leadership team who are focused on the business and do not have the bandwidth or background to handle HR and hiring on their own.

An AHRI-certified HR professional with multifaceted expertise across IT, construction, mining, and recruitment, Natalie challenges the 'HR Cop' stereotype by serving as a compassionate mentor who streamlines processes, nurtures emerging leaders, and empowers growing WA businesses to thrive.
Chanea Cameron is a valued member of the Keystone People Solutions team, providing operational support across a range of HR and recruitment projects. She works closely with the team to ensure clients receive responsive, efficient service and that projects are delivered smoothly.
Drawing on her background in administration and customer service, Chanea brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping people. She is currently studying Human Resources and is developing her expertise while gaining practical experience across all areas of the business.
Andrea is an experienced recruiter who works alongside Nick to support the hiring needs of Perth’s emerging businesses. She manages the recruitment process end-to-end, from identifying talent and building relationships through to supporting candidates and clients throughout the hiring journey. Andrea finds purpose in helping people discover new opportunities and takes pride in giving talented individuals the chance to take the next step in their careers. She is committed to creating a positive, transparent, and professional experience for everyone she works with
With over two decades of experience in WA's Energy, Mining, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors, Nick innovates recruitment for businesses transitioning to a cleaner future by blending old-school values of integrity and respect with creative thinking and a firm commitment to DI&B, delivering high-value outcomes across his extensive network from small businesses to multinational corporations.
Sharleine works alongside Nick across construction, mining, energy, and commercial sectors. She is involved across the full recruitment process, from initial candidate conversations through to placement, and makes sure both clients and candidates are kept well informed at every stage.
She gets to know the people she works with, takes the brief seriously, and does not put someone forward unless she is confident they are the right fit.
Daniel brings extensive experience across the mining, construction, scaffolding, and crane industries. With many years spent building strong relationships throughout these sectors, Daniel has developed a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when sourcing and retaining quality people.
Well-connected and highly respected within the industry, Daniel is passionate about connecting clients with practical workforce solutions that deliver long-term value. His genuine approach, strong network, and commitment to understanding each client's unique needs make him a trusted partner for businesses looking to build high-performing teams.

Therese has more than 20 years of experience across mining, manufacturing, community services, and global operations. She steps in quickly, understands the business, and delivers HR solutions that are practical and ready to use, whether that is resolving a complex people issue, coaching a leader, or building a framework the team will actually follow. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, is an AIM Certified Coach and HBDI Practitioner, and is an active AHRI member.
