With a rich background in the IT, construction, mining, and recruitment sectors, Natalie's expertise is deep and multifaceted. Her skills range from HRIS implementation and employee benefits to streamlining HR policies and processes through robust frameworks, all of which she handles with authenticity, finesse and professionalism.
Natalie is an AHRI-certified HR professional and holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University and a Diploma of Business (Human Resources) from Swinburne University.
Keen to challenge the idea of the 'HR Cop'; she's a compassionate mentor, committed to nurturing individuals into exceptional leaders. Through honest feedback and tailored support, she’s helping a growing number of emerging WA businesses thrive and empowers her clients to concentrate on what they do best.
Nick Sutton, Recruitment Director
Nick is a notable recruiter in Western Australia's Energy, Mining, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors with over two decades of experience supporting clients as they transition to a cleaner future.
Nick is driven to innovate the recruitment function in traditionally run setups and is a firm believer that securing the right talent requires a solid foundation, flexibility and a dash of creative thinking.
His portfolio is a testament to his versatility, having collaborated with small businesses through to multinational corporations, helping them build robust teams and successful projects. His vast network spans Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management.
Nick’s philosophy is deep-rooted in old-school values like integrity, honesty, and respect. Whether working locally or internationally with clients to place and retain top talent, his focus is always firmly on DI&B and providing high-value outcomes for his clients and their candidates.
